Eric Sneo - Let's go techno! Az elektronikus zene a lélek egyfajta tükre, mint ahogy az energia egyik kifejezésmódja is egyben. Eric Sneo már egészen fiatal korában elkezdte építgetni zenész karrierjét, zongorán, dobon, és egyéb hangszereken tanult játszani. Annyira lenyűgözték az elektronikus hangzásokban rejlő lehetőségek, hogy már 12 éves korától kezdve elkezdett szintetizátorokat vásárolni. Ezen az úton haladt tovább a mainzi zenefőiskolán is, ahol szintetizátorokon, különféle ütös hangszereken folytatta gyakorlatait, és kitanulta a pop és jazz zenék minden csinját-bínját.
Tinédzserként gyakori látogatója volt a legendás frankfurti Omen klubnak, ahol Sven Väth szettjeit hallgatva végleg megszilárdult Ericben az elektronikus zenék és a techno iránti elkötelezettség. 1995-ben, barátja, Andy Düx segítségének köszönhetően sikerült szakmai gyakorlatra bekerülnie az Overdrive stúdióba. Ugyanebben az időszakban megkezdte hangmérnöki tanulmányait a frankfurti Hangmérnökképző Intézetben.
1998-ben rezidens dj-je lett Németország egyik legnépszerűbb techno klubjának, a Palazzo-nak. Ezen idő alatt teljes mértékben kihasználta a lehetőségeket, hogy kifejlessze saját stílusát és tökéletesítse technikáját. A Palazzoban alkalma nyílhatott játszani nemcsak Németország, de az egész nemzetközi szcéna legjobbjaival, mint például Jeff Mills, Sven Väth, Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, Monika Kruse, vagy Thomas Schumacher. 2002-ben ugyancsak a Palazzoban beindította önálló klubestjét, a 'Tanz Der Familie'-t.
Szintén a 2002-es esztendőben alapította meg Udo Niebergall közreműkédésével a Beatdisaster, és Masters Of Disaster kiadókat. A két label az évek során amellett, hogy platformot biztosított Eric saját megjelenéseinek, olyan nagynevű művészek kiadványait is gondozza, mint Gayle San, The Advent, Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, Hertz, vagy a Tube Tech. Elkötelezetten támogatják a magas minőséget képviselő techno zenéket, s ennek (is) köszönhetően világszerte sikeressé tették mindkét lemezkiadót.
2003-ban elkészítette máig talán legnagyobb slágerét, a 'Ciao Bella'-t, amely DJ Rush hathatós támogatásával a nyár egyik legnagyobb klub slágerévé avanzsált. A táncparkettek zúzását tovább folytatta, s olyan neves kiadóknál tette le névjegyét, mint a CLR, a Terminal M, a Le Petit Prince, a Kiddaz FM, vagy a Compressed. Mindezeken felül remixeivel is zajos sikereket aratott és a szakma tiszteletét is sikerült kivívnia. Remixei többek között olyan nagyságok munkáihoz fűződnek, mint Mauro Picotto, Chris Liebing, DJ Rush, Hertz, Tom Wax, The Advent.
Első szerzői nagylemeze 2004 márciusában látott napvilágot Monika Kruse Terminal M kiadójánál. A 'Slave To The Beat' névre keresztelt anyag a techno zenék széles spektrumába enged betekintést és egyúttal hű tükörképe Eric elektronikus zenék iránti szenvedélyének. Második teljes hosszúságú albuma, a 'Let's Go Techno' megjelenése 2007 tavaszára datálódik, mégpedig saját, Beatdisaster kiadójánál. Az album legendás címadó dala pillanatok alatt techno klubhimnusszá vált, és ezzel Eric karrierje is újabb nagy lökést kapott. Fergeteges, elektronikus dobjátékával megvadított élő fellépéseinek köszönhetően világszerte roppant keresett művész lett, és olyan országok fesztiváljainak és klubjainak gyakori vendége lett, mint Brazília, Spanyolország, Anglia, Olaszország, Belgium, Franciaország, vagy éppen Magyarország, a teljesség igénye nélkül.
Eric Sneo - Let´s go techno! Electronic music is a mirror of the soul, as well as a reflection of energy! When he was young, Eric Sneo already started learning instruments like drums, piano etc.. He continued this way at the conservatorium in Mainz, where he studied keyboards and percussion and practiced pop + jazz. Fascinated by the possibilities of electronic sound synthesis, he began collecting synthesizers by the age of 12. Inspired by the sets of Sven Väth at the legendary Omen club in Frankfurt between the years 1992-1995, Eric discovered his love for techno and electronic music. With the help of Andy Düx, Eric practiced in the overdrive studios in 1995. At the same time he started studying audio engineering at the SAE Frankfurt. In 1998 he became a resident DJ in one of the most famous techno clubs in Germany; The Palazzo. During that time he took full advantage of this opportunity to develop his style and perfect his technique. At the Palazzo, Eric Sneo played together with all the top djs like Chris Liebing, Rush, Monika Kruse, Jeff Mills, Sven Väth, and Thomas Schumacher. In 2002 started his own party series Tanz Der Familie Around this same time period together with Udo Niebergall, the labels Masters Of Disaster and Beatdisaster were founded. These labels featured releases from Gayle San, The Advent, Chris Liebing, Hertz, Rush, etc, and were also a platform for Sneos own releases. This release helped his international reputation tremendously and it was also Chris liebings record of the year in 2004. In addition, Sneos rmx productions have become very successful and appreciated by DJs worldwide. He has done rmxs for: Mauro Picotto, Chris Liebing, Rush, Hertz, Moskwa TV, Venguard and Monika Kruse. In March 2004 his album Slave To The Beat was released on Terminal M. It features a wide range of techno and fervently mirrors Erics passion for electronic music. The promotion included a worldwide album tour, radio shows and press features in the Raveline. Consistent successful record releases pushed his DJ career. With his performance on 3 decks, combined with effects, live robot vocals and live drumming, Eric swiftly developed into a highly requested international player who can be often found doing his thing in countries like Brazil, Venezuela, Spain, England, Hungary, Belgium, France, and Austria to name a few.
